Kris' Favorite recipes for the hCG Body Transformations Diet

Just a few comments today on meals. Of course there is no breakfast, but I have found that combining my chicken or fish with my salad creates a very satisfying meal. I cook either the chicken or fish on the George Forman. I use Cajan seasonings and cook chicken for 4.5 minutes and fish for 2.5 minutes. It comes out with a nice. I make my salad with lettuce, green onions, cucumber, radishes and lots of tomatoes. I put a little salad seasoning on a nice big bowl. Once I have the salad prepared I cut up the chicken or fish on top. I finish with a light sprikling of red wine vinegar. Often times it is more than I can eat. I finish with a melba toast and for desert either an apple, orange or handful of strawberries.

Others are invited to share their favorite diet recipes that are made up of the four food items

That sounds like some good stuff! I like to get your handful of strawberries and a cup full of ice, put it in the blender with a glass or so full of water and have a strawberry smoothie.  You can also add the natural sweetner "Stevia," which comes in all sorts of different flavors! I liked the vanilla creme flavor.  It makes your smoothie taste like strawberries n' cream.  You can also use orange juice in place of your handful of strawberries. Enjoy!

Re: Kris' Favorite recipes for the hCG Body Transformations Diet

My wife and I found that in the evening you may get a little hungry and are looking for a treat. Our favorite snack is to crumble up your cracker, we use the Leksands CrispBread from IKEA and we break it up in smaller pieces in a bowl and then we cut up the apple that we have saved from our evening meal and we microwave it for about two minutes. Then we put 3 drops of Stivia natural sweetner and let sit for about 1 minute. Enjoy the apple crisp. It is our favorite desert..

Re: Kris' Favorite recipes for the hCG Body Transformations Diet

Some are strict with sticking to one kind of vegetable per meal. I have not been that strict with it though, and still have lost as expected.

I haven't tried Cajun spice, but since spices are generally acceptable so long as they don't have sugar added or too much salt, I like to vary the spices I use. Sometimes I use a red chili pepper mix to give it a Southwest flavor. Other times I use a red curry spice, cook my chicken or fish with tomatoes. That makes a very satisfying stew.
