Re: Tracy Chapman and 1015 the Eagle Just a few comments today on meals. Of course there is no breakfast, but I have found that combining my chicken or fish with my salad creates a very satisfying meal. I cook either the chicken or fish on the George Forman. I use Cajan seasonings and cook chicken for 4.5 minutes and fish for 2.5 minutes. It comes out with a nice. I make my salad with lettuce, green onions, cucumber, radishes and lots of tomatoes. I put a little salad seasoning on a nice big bowl. Once I have the salad prepared I cut up the chicken or fish on top. I finish with a light sprikling of red wine vinegar. Often times it is more than I can eat. I finish with a melba toast and for desert either an apple, orange or handful of strawberries.Others are invited to share their favorite diet recipes that are made up of the four food items.

Re: Tracy Chapman and 1015 the Eagle My wife found that in the evening you may get a little hungry and are looking for a treat. Our favorite snack is to crumble up your cracker, we use the Leksands CrispBread from IKEA and we break it up in smaller pieces and then we cut up the apple that we have saved from our evening meal and we microwave it for about two minutes. Then we put 3 drops of Stivia natural sweetner and let sit for about 1 minute. Enjoy the apple crisp. It is our favorite desert..

Re: Tracy Chapman and 1015 the Eagle Today is day 17 for me and this morning the scale reported that I've lost 16.5 pounds. I'm in awe. I've been pulling clothes from the back of my closet and they fit! Here is the honest truth. I want to eat things that aren't on the diet- but I haven't because I'm not hungry and I say to myself if I don't eat that- the scale will reward me in the morning. And the scale rewards me!
